About

Welcome

Thanks for stopping by!

I’m Lisa, an occupational therapist in the UK with a love for simple living and quiet moments. I enjoy creativity, nature, cuddling cats, and helping women to create a balanced and meaningful life.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re going through life on autopilot, juggling an endless to-do list with little time or energy for what really matters, you’re not alone. I’ve been there myself and I see so many women in the same situation.

I created this space to offer hope and gentle guidance. Life doesn’t have to be this way! I’ve seen in myself and others how small shifts can make a big difference and create meaningful change. Here, you’ll find ideas and practices to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels aligned with your values.

Who this blog is for

If you’re looking to explore the meaning of life in a philosophical sense, this blog will not help you do that. But if you’re craving a life that feels more aligned and less overwhelming, you’re in the right place.

my professional background

I’m a qualified occupational therapist with additional training in stress management and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My professional background gives me a grounded, practical perspective, focused on what works in everyday life.

my approach

I like to keep things simple and manageable. That means no fluff, no overwhelm, and definitely nothing that adds to your chaos. I share insights rooted in both my professional training and lived experience to support you in building a life of balance and intention.

Take a moment to explore the blog and see what resonates. I hope you find something that helps you take your next step towards finding balance and meaning in your life.

Take care,

Lisa x
